Clearwater casino buffet (Lewistown Idaho) was never good to begin with. CDA casino buffet is no better than granny's or old country buffet, and in some cases, worse. I know it's not my fault, and it was out of my hands, but I felt embarrassed,(to my guests) because I have been raving about and wanting to go here since last August.
I'm thinking that they lost their top chefs due to the lack of business in the buffet. I'm not just mad the crab is gone, the whole thing went down hill. Butterfly shrimp is GONE, replaced by a lump of batter. And from what I seen and tasted, this is the end of a good place to eat. It's now $25.00 per person instead of 30.00. Nope, table for 8 no problem, also NO MORE CRAB LEGS OF ANY KIND! They told me that the quality had dropped to the point where they no longer buy it. It was also my son's 26th birthday and he loves crab! All of us gathered and at 6 pm, I expected a line and a waiting list. I invited friends that I haven't seen in 20 years to meet us up at the CDA casino for dinner. I AM SO SORRY CDA CASINO TO HAVE TO WRITE THIS ( you were the best by far) This WAS by far the best seafood buffet in a 300 mile radius from me, No more.
